As a valued subscriber to Niche It Down Marketing, LLC. you are entitled to our Infinite Replacement Guarantee. This service allows for the replacement of your current appointment setter or virtual assistant up to once per week.

Requesting a Replacement:

To request a replacement, please contact our customer support team via the communication channels indicated on our website or on your subscription agreement. Make sure to include your account details and the reason for requesting a replacement to facilitate a seamless transition.

Replacement Time Frame:

Please note that while we strive to provide replacements as quickly as possible, the process may take up to seven (7) business days to complete. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.

Limits on Replacement:

Subscribers may request a replacement a maximum of once per week. Multiple requests within the same week will not be accepted.

Subscription Cancellation Policy

Subscribers may cancel their infinite replacement guarantee subscription to Niche It Down Marketing, LLC. services at any time. However, please note that all cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription term.

No Partial Refunds:

In line with our commitment to clear and transparent pricing, we do not offer partial refunds on any subscriptions. If you choose to cancel before the end of your subscription term, you will continue to have access to our services until the end of your current term, but no refund will be issued for the unused period.

End of Services:

Unless you notify Niche It Down Marketing, LLC. of your intention to cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew for the same term at the current subscription rate.

By subscribing to our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. Niche It Down Marketing, LLC. reserves the right to modify these policies at any time. Changes will not apply retroactively and will become effective no sooner than fourteen days after they are posted. However, changes addressing new functions for a service or changes made for legal reasons will be effective immediately.
